Beef cubes fried in olive oil n black pepper n chilli pappe n salt until golden brown.
Add in 2 garlics 2 onions after that a bit soy sauce. Add some carrots, potatoes (n celeries) to the pot.
Add stock (n water) and threw in some thymes (n oregano) and 2 bay leaves.
Stew it. Slow heat, few hours.
