Org. Chart -
The division covers Facilities, Utilities, Maintenance, EHS, Security. All with general admin support.
Facilities looks after facilities, pest control, general building, projects, cleaner etc.
Maintenance covers instruments calibration, equipment maintenance, maintenance schedule (/Work Order) etc.
EHS&S is resonsible for all EHS related matter workpermits, JSA, safety&security, safety awareness etc.
Utilities looks after operations (mostly manufacturing related), Water, HVAC, Process Utilities, Electrical etc.
Each one of these dept. is managed by one manager who reports to a director.
Total headcount under this division is second largest behind manufacturing.
Utilities/Operation-
HVAC - all from CT, CHW, Cold Room, CleanRoom, AHU, Chiller etc.
Water - WFI, Softened Water, Waste Water, Lab Water etc.
Process Utilities - Gas, Boiler, Steam, CDA, Process CHW, Clean Steam etc.
EHS - Safety, Security, Health etc.
