Insurance, to my understanding:
The insured pay the determined premium for stipulated time intervals, and in any eventualities in the scope of coverage, the insurer will pay the insured the sum assured.
But what actually happen at the our moment of need:
"We are unable to issue a guarantee letter for the above submission.....Kindly advise the patient to bear the hospitalisation bill and file the claim with us for review..."
Being aware of we have nothing to hide during the time of purchasing the insurance, and the expectation as what stated in the line 2 above, we felt cheated, upset, exasperated, irritated and frustrated with the insurer.
Ya Allah,
we accept this test you've sent upon us,
if it's test, help us to excel,
if it's because of our wrongdoings, forgive us,
but as we are also your servant, please grant us the strength to endure it,
make our faith stronger with this, dear almighty God.
Alas, this will be another thing (no. 2) that i will mention, when i reach somewhere, where my voice be heard, where my action can change the situation, and hopefully (god willing) no other people will get stuck in our situation. This i promise.
