Once a week lunch meeting to get update (systems, work).
A monthly one-one session with subs (exec. and above). discussion on work, challenges, development (subs and subsubs).
Kilang Kicap:
No daily meeting. Shift Handover Report from subsubs. Sub will extract details from it and report in daily meeting.
Weekly lunch meeting is not available.
Appraisal is based monthly but no one-one session.
