This is for basic loop with TCV and Balancing Valve.
Basic Tools:
Digital Flow Meter with piercing nipples with connecting hoses
P&ID and Loop drawing with flow setpoints
Procedures:
Measure Flow and dP across BV
Note down BV number of turns
Tabulate and find ratio as-found:design
Arrange in this order highest ratio - index
Adjust and re-measure BV so that flow will be closest to setpoint following to the order
Note down dP across BV and number of turns
Evaluate
If required do final as-left reading
